Kettlebell classes are really good - we do a large amount of squats in our classes and you can see it tone your bum in a short amount of time. And yes, definitely watch out for what you eat when you are trying to tone.

Take the berries that you already allot for in your breakfast and put them in a blender with some unsweetened almond milk - delicious, healthy and you will have a drink! Also, you will only add 30 calories with a cup of unsweetened almond milk :) If you want to change things up a bit, add flax seed or chia seed to the mix.

Hi, I also use the same - Circuit training and it usually gives a good estimate on calorie count. I usually check with the instructor at the end of the class to get a good ball park amount too - just to confirm :)
