    1) age: 30
    2) approximate weight: 150
    3) physical location. Illinois
    4) activity level. According to MFP, Sedentary (desk job)
    5) How often do you exercise? 3-4 days a week
    6) Do you eat breakfast? Usually
    6) what is your largest meal of the day? Dinner
    7) how many times a day do you eat? 3-6
    8) how much water do you drink? anywhere between 6-12 8 oz glasses
    9) how do you deal with food temptations? If I have a temptation, I eat it and log in. I do try to not go overboard, but some days it just happens. I've also learned that certain items (Oreos, for example) are things I should not keep in my house because the entire package will be gone in a short period of time.
    10) what is your typical restaurant meal? I don't go out to sit down restaurants that often, so when I do, I order what I want. I may have a salad instead of soup, or only 1 breadstick instead of 2-3, and once I start feeling full, I'll take the rest home with me.

    3) Texas
    4) moderate
    5) How often do you exercise? 3x a week, 45 minutes each
    6) Do you eat breakfast? coffee and a yogurt, but as that's less than 200 calories, i'm not sure if that counts
    6) what is your largest meal of the day? dinner, usually.
    7) how many times a day do you eat? 3 regimented meals, snacks in between as needed.
    8) how much water do you drink? 64 ounces of plain water. I drink quite a bit of milk and soda, too.
    9) how do you deal with food temptations? I give in at least 80% of the time, but I don't binge or overdo it. Sometimes I go over my calorie goal anyway, and you know what? I either make up for it, or I start fresh the next day.
    10) what is your typical restaurant meal? If it's fast food, usually some entree without the fries/sides. If it's a restaurant, well, that is so rare that I usually eat to my heart's content without regard to calories.

    9) how do you deal with food temptations? I find healthier alternatives for my favorite snacks, and for those snacks I really want, I drink a glass of water and wait 20 minutes, generally I don't have the craving anymore or I know that it is worth the extra calories and exercise...it's weird I know, but it's something my mom taught me
    10) what is your typical restaurant meal? I either do chicken with rice if they have it, a salad, or meat with steamed veggies...but if we go anywhere with chicken wings I have to have them!
