1) 25 years old

3) Canada - Sasktchewan.
4) Moderate
5) This varies. Some weeks I exercise once or twice. Some weeks - everyday. On average I would say I exercise 3-4 times per week.
6) Somedays. It depends on my calories for the prior day. If i ate over my calories - breakfast is what I skip. If I am good on calories and I feel hungry, I will eat breakfast.
6) Supper.
7) 3-4 times per day.
8) Lots. This also varies depending on my mood, and my exercise. Typically about 3-4 500ml bottles.
9) I deal with temptations by having a healthy alternative. Ex - if I am craving sweets, I will often have fruit or yogurt. If i am craving chocolate, I might have a fibre 1 bar.
10) Typically at a resturant, I will have the grilled chicken burger with fries.
Thank you,

2) 153
3) CO
4) moderate
5) I walk everyday (2-6 miles depending), I run 3 days a week (7-10 miles weekly) and I lift progressively heavy weights three times a week
6) 6-7 days a week I do.
6) Varies from day to day. Sometimes breakfast is my highest calorie count meal, sometimes dinner.
7) Usually three main meals with random snacks thrown in.
8) Just water, rarely unless I've really sweated heavily, then one or two 8oz glasses. I mostly hydrate through tea, coffee, milk, fruits and diet soda.
9) Carefully and sometimes I give into them but in smaller quantities. I also don't let it affect my eating for the rest of the day/week/month like I once did.
10) I eat out about once a month and it varies by restaurant. Crispy chicken sandwiches, BLTs, BBQ and pizza would be the most regular meal items including the fries and other normal sides.
You're welcome,
