10) Typical restaurant meal: Not really sure - I eat what I want, but generally order a half order, only eat half or go for a salad/soup or something; but I'd rather skip breakfast/lunch (or both) and eat what I want for dinner.0 -

6*) dinner is my largest meal of the day
7) 3 meals, 2-3 snacks

9) I deal with food temptations by allowing myself to have 'treats' from time to time. I chose lower calorie/healthier options for sweets and other 'junk' every other day or so in order to keep any cravings low. If I cut things out entirely, I'll want them more.
Thinking of my goals and making sure I'm dehydrated helps me in the moment... usually. !
I also try not to keep 'junk' or REALLY high-calorie/fat, etc food in the house.
10) typical restaurant meal? depends on where we're going. We only eat out once per week or so, typically that ends up being my cheat day/meal where I eat back my exercise calories earned. I just make sure I log as accurately as possible to hold myself accountable. (Chinese food, I have made changes: I now order from diet menu! Everything else is portion control and rare)!0 -

If you can please reply to this post with the following information.

5) How often do you exercise? Doing the stuff I don't like? 5 days a week

Honestly, I don't really have them too often because I make room in my calorie budget for foods that I want, but when I am tempted I just exercise self control.
10) what is your typical restaurant meal?
Lately it's been yellow chicken curry, but pretty much anything that's high in protein and low in calories (for a restaurant) I do lettuce wrapped burgers or grilled chicken generally.0 -

7) 3 squares as well as pre and post workout nutrition and some grazing
8) tons...I've never really counted...probably in the general vicinity of a gallon or so; more in the summer, less in the winter
9) I tend to look at my diet as a whole where nutrition is concerned...I don't see foods as good or bad. I eat all kinds of "bad" stuff...but that doesn't negate the 6-8 servings of vegetables I eat per day or the 2-3 servings of fruit or the 150 grams of protein or the healthy fats I take in with regular consumption of nuts, avocados, olive oil, etc. For me, there are no "temptations" really...food is really just fuel.
10) I eat out rarely..maybe once or twice per month. Eating out represents an "occasion" for me and thus I eat whatever I feel like eating. I tend towards high quality, locally owned an operated gourmet type of restaurants.0 -
