4) Moderate
5) Daily, twice on Saturday
6) Yes
6) Dinner
7) 5-6
8) About 3 liters
9) If its something I really, really like and want, I have it. I'll try a little bit of something first to see if that satisfies my craving. I try not to look at food as taboo. Generally through the day I aim for a balanced diet, but don't deny myself treats.
10) Before losing weight, burger, fries, multiple beers. Now, I rarely eat out, but typically will order a side salad and a lean protein, any sauces or dressing on the side. I still allow myself a beer, and maybe a few fries off my husbands plate. I try to enjoy eating out without going overboard because we do it so infrequently.0 -

6) Yes - eggs + toast or rice, or yogurt + jam + flax seeds, usually.
6) I guess if you combine my 2x lunches into 1 then lunch. Calorically I eat 4x meals trying for approx 350 kcals each, maybe dinner goes over.
7) 4x
8) I often forget to. I usually have 12-16 oz at some point during the day, maybe 2x that, and then a med iced coffee with extra cream + sugar at some point and then often alcohol at night.
9) I believe firmly that those don't exist. I think you should eat a cookie if you want a cookie. But eating a box is probably an issue. I believe in the 80% full rule (just eat until you're 80% full and you'll be ok)
10) Depends on what restaurant. Sunday I had garlic/pepper oil ramen and fried rice, Saturday I had Chinese soup dumplings, fried buns, pork & bamboo stir fry, fried noodles... I like sushi and pho best maybe so I go for those 2 things most often. Oh, and beer!0 -

8) how much water do you drink? Aim for 80 ounces a day
9) how do you deal with food temptations? Focus on my goal, remind myself of why I am doing this. If I decide to have it anyway, eat it slowly and enjoy every bite. Then just cut back elsewhere or do extra exercise.
10) what is your typical restaurant meal? There is no typical (although my favorite is seafood)-- I order whatever I want, but try to stick to things that will re-heat well because I usually only eat half of whatever I am served. Yesterday I had chicken red curry with white rice at a Thai restaurant. Today I had cod with horseradish mashed potatoes and asparagus. I will have bbq chicken on Thursday (catered lunch at work).0 -
