6) Do you eat breakfast?: I used to, but I've been eating breakfast less and less lately because skipping breakfast makes me eat less in the afternoon, as crazy as it sounds
6) what is your largest meal of the day?: used to be breakfast, but now I'd say I take in more calories by snacking than by eating regular meals
7) how many times a day do you eat?: 4, sometimes 5 times a day
8) how much water do you drink?: 1,5 - 2 L

7) Around 4 times a day
8) I guess around 1.5 litres
9) I eat mostly everything in moderation so I don't have many food cravings. I live alone and don't buy junk food so it's easy to avoid junk food cravings this way. Sometimes I have fancy beer so I usually drink by myself around once a week (just one beer), aside from drinking with friends...
10) In Japan the portion size is quite small. So I guess rice, soup and some side dishes. I went to Hard Rock cafe with some friends the other day, we split a burger meal between FOUR people. So I guess my typical restaurant meal is nothing special, just small portions.0 -

1) age: 20's
2) approximate weight: 110/115lbs (5'4")
3) physical location NJ
4) activity level: Moderate/advanced....
5) How often do you exercise?: It really depends on the weather, and my schedule. My partner and i don't have much money so i do my best to work as much as i can (2/3 part time jobs). If i have a spare hour or two, i'll exercise but depending upon our financial situation and such i don't always have the time.
6) Do you eat breakfast: Forever, and always.
6) What is your largest meal of the day: Usually breakfast, sometimes lunch. It depends on when i wake up, but my first meal tends to be the largest.
7) How many times a day do you eat: I try to eat when i'm hungry, so it ranges from 3/4 moderate meals to 6-8 small meals.
8) How much water do you drink: 10-15 cups/day
9) how do you deal with food temptations: I don't really care for this concept of temptation concerning food, because all food is good in one sense or another. Some are more nutritionally dense than others, but all food provides calories and/or macronutrients, even if they aren't the healthiest sources. I try to eat everything in moderation, and allow myself to have small servings of foods i want but are not very dense in terms of nutrients.
10) what is your typical restaurant meal: I'm vegan, so i tend to bring my own food places/not go to many restaurants, unless they're vegetarian/vegan friendly. I feel like my answer is biased here, because i usually end up getting salads since i don't have the money for many veggie-friendly restaurants. Haha.0 -

9) I tend to overeat starchy foods, so I decided to only eat these foods once a day and measure them. I also find I feel less hungry if I eat protein, fat, and vegetables the rest of the day. Salty starchy foods like chips I have to avoid completely because I can easily eat a whole bag in a sitting.
10) I don't have a typical meal, but since I've been tracking calories I try to eat more proteins and not order bread or pasta. It seems like I'm less likely to overeat when I do that.0
