    10. I don't limit myself when going out. It is such a rarity that I eat out i just plan for it and make sure I either eat light during the day or balance it out with other days meals and exercise.

    9) I try to only eat tempting foods that I truly love. If I can't completely resist I try to have a small amount and then leave the situation.
    10) I mainly stick to ethnic restaurants and avoid deep fried foods, cheese, most bread. But I usually just consider restaurants a cheat day and exercise more to try to make up for it.

    4) mfp set to sedentary due to desk job, but I exercise, see below.
    5) 6 days/week on average, biking 20-30 miles or walking ~5 miles, just added jogging, some resistance training
    6) Sometimes, mid-morning, will have a protein bar
    6) Dinner. I am ravenous in the evening
    7) 4-5, depending on need for snacks
    8) ~10 8 oz glasses a day, plus tea and occasionally diet soda
    9) I don't keep things I'll binge eat in the house. I try to find modifications if I can, but if not, I'll figure out a way to have something if the temptation is strong enough and fit it in for the day. If it doesn't fit in, I exercise it away the next day. No guilt.
    10) Whatever I want, just less of it. We eat out a lot, so I have had to figure out a way to do that. Favorites - sushi, very thin crust pizza with salad, sometimes pasta depending on how much I've exercised, etc. Depends on the restaurant.

    Hey OP, the next time you need to do research, look into creating a public Google Doc file that everyone can update. That way you won't have to manually input all the information yourself when you're looking for trends (however, you're planning to do that).
