    7) 5-6
    8) enough. IDK. Probably around 100 ounces a day on average.

    3) New England, USA
    4) Moderately active
    5) I do "formal" exercise probably 4-5 days a week and garden most days.
    6) I always eat breakfast.
    6) Dinner is my largest meal.
    7) Three meals and nibbles throughout the day. I still snack frequently, just on less calorie-dense things!
    8) Uh, lots? I'm drinking water or unsweetened iced tea throughout the day, but I don't track the amount.
    9) I think about whether it's really going to taste as good as I imagine. Often the answer's no. If it's yes, I try to accomodate the craving somehow--a tiny nibble, or something that has a similar flavor profile even if it's not what I initially wanted. Keeps me from being cranky.
    10) Usually seafood, and not necessarily "plain broiled fish with naked broccoli on the side". If we're going out, I aim to enjoy it! If it's a really good restaurant, I just accept I'm going over my calories, have a grand time, and eat a lot of salad the next day.
