    7) how many times a day do you eat?
    8) how much water do you drink?
    9) how do you deal with food temptations?

    6) always
    6) Dinner
    7) Work days can be as little as 3 to as many as 8. Days off usually 4
    8) 32-128oz
    9) I usually can just not eat it but, if it is a real bad craving and I am legitimately hungry then I will have a small amount to handle the craving and the hunger until I can get to something more sensible.
    10) We don't eat out much but when we do I be sure to plan (eat less the rest of the day or workout more) so I can eat what I want. My favorite place to go now is an authentic mexican restaurant with Ceviche tostados.

    6) I try to, sometimes I skip it
    6) Dinner on work days, Lunch on days off.
    7) 4 or 5 times.
    8) At least 40 oz.
    9) Try thinking of a healthier option that also sounds good.
    10) It varies a lot. I don't make attempts to eat healthy while eating out. Instead, I've started greatly limiting the frequency with which I go out for food, and when I do go out I let myself "cheat" and have whatever I want because it's likely a special occasion. I do usually try to remain within my calorie limit though, or at least try not to go over by too much.
