  • I started out tracking my food, then stopped cuz it felt like I was on the computer all the time. I stopped, thinking I could just track the exercises and moderate my eating. Didn't work for me. I don't always track, but I'm getting more into the habit. It helps me to keep on track when I actually log in my food. Good luck!

  • I love her videos! I usually log it under walking, 4 mph. I do the regular 2 mile walk mostly, and add some of the other ones in for variety.

  • I eat a lot of low-fat dairy, usually light n fit yogurt or cottage cheese. But I've also added the Special K protein water mixes. Only 30 cals. 5 g of protein. Nuts are good too.
