Hi, I am new to this site. I have been on Weight Watcher since January and have done well. I have lost 15 lbs. I think I am getting to the point where it is going to get more difficult. So, I decided to add this site to my diet plan. I have been doing WW on line only. Not attending the meetings. So I think reading and keeping up with other people on this site will be a good addition.

    Hello! I had a baby ten months ago and am overweight! before my pregnancy I weighed 121pnds. Now I weigh 180 :( I'm on the road to a smaller me again and will do what ever it takes! Ten months later...I really need to do this already! :D Im thankful for this site! Very useful!
