  • Oh gosh, love all the ideas here. I just use them for my wraps.. But using them for cooking and stuff. Why didn't I think of that! :open_mouth:
  • No picture but I made boxed red beans and rice with zucchini, peppers, and sausage mixed in with a large salad on the side. Over 700cals but my other meals were lower and I still am under goal. :D Whoo yay lazy cooking!
  • I'm 5'9... but I'd rather be closer to 5'6. :x
  • To save money on clothing cuz holy **** does plus size clothing add up, and I don't have any local to me so I have to pay a crapton in shipping back and forth. Also actually cute clothing. I'm sick of settling for some of the ugly **** I have to because they don't make cute in my size.
  • I wear like 4 or more different sizes now, I wish I knew what size I really was. Seriously. I have things ranging from 20-32 that all fit.. lol
  • I use one as I cook. I weigh everything that goes into a recipe and then write it on the board. But getting another for a meal plan is a good idea for me, as we tend to just cook whatever we have and buy lots of random things and I'd like to start getting specific things at the store so we have for sure meals instead of…
  • Tea, water, water flavored with fruit. Though I drink that all day.
  • Yep! Thanks! :)
  • I stay at home the majority of my weekdays, and I find it really helps remind me to move around more even when I'm not exercising. I also keep mine at my hip or clipped on the bottom of my shorts. I don't find it giving me any steps for my arm moving around, as I move my arms a lot crafting/drawing/etc. I'm using the Zip…
  • My fave is with whole grain pb cherrios and a banana.. I eat that most days for breakfast. xD I've also mixed in ranch powder and used it as a dip for carrots and other veggies!
  • http://www.drgourmet.com/health/fastfood/ This has been helpful for when I get a fast food craving. That or I browse the menus online. Some places like Subway, Chipotle and others also have a meal builder thing and you can see how many calories are in what and what the total outcome will be. :D
  • 37, just started though. I hope I make it every day! :3
  • I set mine at 100 for now, might go more. Though I am unsure of how I will feel about how I look then. 100lbs will put me at what I was when I left high school. And I felt pretty awesome then. Honestly I'm kinda scared to go any further than that. But we'll see when I get there! Almost 9 down already! :)
  • Hey, don't worry about it. It happens to most people! I went over 700 the other day (Husband made a stop at Wendys.. haha) and I was really upset about it.. But think of it like you just tripped while walking. Get back up and keep going. :)
  • No, lizards, palmetto bugs, and snakes though. Had fruit rats living in our attic once if that counts. XD Yay Florida!
  • Haven't done this in a long time.. but it used to be a must every time I went to the movie theatre. Nachos and a bag of Reese's Pieces. I'd dump them all over. For some reason they were just so tasty with all the gooey melted "cheese" and jalapeno slices. Haha.
  • Every week either Sat or Sun when I happen to be out with my husband a day after I worked really hard, I end up eating over my deficit as I end up being too tired that day to do anything.. haha.. so I guess that's my cheat day? But usually it just puts me at my maintain, so I guess it's not too bad? I don't know. Though I…
  • My favorite restaurant's Vietnamese BBQ chicken... I have no idea what calories are in it and I don't want to guess so I've kinda given up on it. :c Other than that I haven't really given up anything, maybe swapped a few things for choices that wouldn't make it as easy to push me at or over my deficit. Like wraps vs bread…
  • After being with a ton of bad choices.. I guess the decision came quite easily when I met my husband. x3 I couldn't even make it to 6 months before I proposed to him, and we couldn't wait to get married.. was only 6 months after that and we were wed. We're been married over 2 years now and it's been amazing. We're both…
  • I weigh myself every other day and at random times. Just when I'm thinking about it. I don't really register the numbers in my head most of the time. It's just kinda like autopilot. lol Just the action of stepping on the scale though is motivation for me to push harder, regardless of what it says. :)
  • Sunflower! Not a nut, but still my fave. I love almond butter too, though I'm sure most are really tasty! I'm just not a real fan of peanuts. D:
  • I've never had a problem cutting squash.. o.o This is kinda shocking to me. I'm weak as heck too as for upper arm strength. I just use a sharp butchers knife. Might have to wriggle the knife back and forth a bit but it generally doesn't take too long. Chop it in half, scoop out the seeds, and toss it in the microwave with…
  • I'm using the same as the above poster. I find it mixes pretty much into anything since it doesn't taste like much of anything. Have even added it to iced tea. I got mine from Amazon for around the same price with Prime.
  • Beautifully said. :)
  • I get most of my stuff at ON from the clearance racks. Always tons of cute tanks and tees! :)
  • scrambled eggs with broccoli and feta cheese is my favorite breakfast! :D
  • I'm totally CF. Husband and I are happy with our furballs! :) I love being an aunt but I'm totally happy to leave it at that!
