I gain 3 or 4 lbs after I eat rice. That last 2 days or so.

I wake up at 4am. gym by 5am. Finished by 6:30 work by 7. Off by 4-430. I go for a bike ride, take the kayak out, go for a walk. Family time at 6pm sleep by 10.

That or do what I do. 4 hour bike ride as hard as you can manage then eat what ever you want.

Biggest piece of advice is"It is ok to be hungry" you wont die. Also second best advice "it works better with DIET AND EXERCISE" Once you burn a calorie it is really hard to eat an empty calorie, knowing how hard it is to burn it.

My ah-ha moment on mardi gras day. Me now almost 6 months later 80lbs lighter. Yhat and a good friend weighing the same as me was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

Change your routine. Try HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT). break up your workouts, half in the evening half in the morning. I also did 16/8 fasting to get me though those plateaus.

That was a slip, they are going to.happen. Its how you handle them that I'd going the difference between success and failure. Get back to it.
