I would say it is around 300-400 cal per day....and especially if you are exclusively. Once you start solids, you will probably be bfing less, meaning your bfing cal expenditure will decrease.

I melted some the other day with some eggs....I am not sure it completely melted, but it did cover all the eggs.

I have been doing tris for 6 years now...message or add me if you want information still! When I am training, typically I follow a workout schedule. I have a book from Triathlete Magazine that has tons of training schedules for different levels of endurance ability and triathlon distance.

Hi! I am a dietitian...and I work for WIC. It depends on how much you are breastfeeding...but if you are exclusively, you are probably burning/expending an additional 400-500 cal/day. I would recommend you at least consume your minimum calorie intake...but always keeep in mind the breastfeeding. Most importantly, make sure…

just a little? no, this is not bad. As long as these extra calories from protein are not in excess of your calorie range. And as long as you are getting appropriate amounts of fat and carbohydrates.

Hi! I would say, eat your 1490 cal/day. BMR is how many calories you would burn if you just laid in bed all day...basically a sedentary lifestyle. MFP probably recommended 1490 a day assuming that a few days out of the week you do not workout.
