I decided to try WW again a couple of months ago too. I could only do about a week of it before giving up! Hate it! Just too much like a diet for me. I really don't think you get to eat enough with the points system. I started back with MFP today.

I've been wearing mine for about a month now and love it! It syncs so well with MFP and adjusts my calories for me depending on how active I am. It gets more intuitive the longer you wear it. I set it up for a 500 calorie deficit and it's been right on the money as far as losing goes.

Even when I was 115 lbs., lifted weights, and ran long miles, I still had it. Sometimes I think it's just genetic or from having kids, maybe a bit of both. Short of having lipo and a tummy tuck, mine's not going away.

I bought a bodymedia fit link. I burn around 2300 calories in 24 hours. And that's with an hour + of vigorous workouts like running. I wish I burned at a faster rate, but I don't, and have to eat accordingly.

We were stationed in Mannheim from '93-'96. The food is fabulous! Thinking about jaeger schnitzel and spaetzle makes my mouth water! I've got the Bodymedia Fit Link. I wear it 23 hours a day. It tracks all calories burned and was a real eye opener to see that I don't burn as much as I thought! It also tracks sleep patterns and syncs with MFP. Best thing I've bought in a long time!
