  • Coffee Creamer is the one thing that I was unable to let go of. So I still have my creamer.
  • I would somewhat agree. I lost 80lbs just clean eatting and counting calories but then I plateaued. Good luck and I do think you have to have some sort of exercise in there too.

  • I started doing this. If the clothes were there then I had the option to go back up in weight. If not then I have to go buy new ones that fit. Way to go!
  • I have done Eat Clean for almost 2 yrs. I do once in a while eat something processed but I do not buy anything intentionally knowing that it is processed. I sleep better, feel better and I know my body has to be in better shape due to it. Lost 70lbs just changing what I eat. Good luck on whatever you try.
  • There is actually a book out called Clean Eating. Eating Clean is all natural, no preservative, fresh and organic. I have been doing this almost 2 yrs and I have lost 70lbs in doing so and cannot tell you how much more energy I have along with sleeping better etc. Hope this helps.

  • I always go over my sugar too. I have talked to a nutrionist and most of my sugar comes from fruit, they told me that was fine due to the way that the body breaks it down. Hope this helps. We do all natural, no preservatives also.

In the Eat Clean Magazine there is a Meal Planner but for us I figure out 3 meals that I want to cook for the week, giving us options for lunch and dinner, then I get the groceries needed for those 3 meals and cook them either Sat or Sun for the next week.   • I only eat clean. I lost 70lbs just changing what I eat to Clean Living Lifestyle. You retain less water, etc. Just a thought.
  • I have had to really work at not doing this over the last year, but we all fall off the wagon and feel guilty. For myself, I do not do anything extreme the next day to make up for it. I just get back on the wagon and work toward not falling off anytime soon. Good Luck and you can do it.
