I did Body Beast & Insanity for a while, was the leanest I've ever been....was before I got my rack so 50lb dumbbells was as heavy as I was going.

I do this mainly because when I want something my kids have generally already eaten it, so I hide some stuff, and I always forget about it, then I'm really excited when I find it.

I was vegan for quite some time, I never preached it, but was constantly having to explain why. I never liked talking about the way I eat, I still don't, someone somewhere will always tell you that you are wrong. Eat what you want, no one should care.

5'5 - I have no goal weight, I've been up to 220 and down to 125 in my life, I lift weights so I've put on a lot of muscle....I'd like to lose just a bit of fluff and I'd be okay with that, right now I vary between 145-150. I think I'd look sick any lower than 130.

I generally use coffee or caffeine pills...when I get up at 4:30am I use pre workouts sometimes, iEvolve is the best I've tried.

lunges, squats, pushups, planks,mountain climbers, jumping jacks, I used to do dips and step ups on my coffee table during commercials... I've done 30 day shred, turbo fire, p90x, p90x2, rushfit, body beast, Insanity, all great programs that work.

Are you sure that's not mostly water- that's a lot of weight in one week. A healthy loss averages 1-1.5 a week.
