My first time doing 30DS I did it in 33 days (pretty much 7 days a week) 10 days of each level. I'm doing it again, only this time I'm doing it 5 days a week (mon - fri) and I'm doing one week of each level (5x level 1, 5 x level 2, 5 x level 3, and then back to level 1 again). A lifelong karate club membership. I totally had to look up the atm thing - I'm a little sorry I did 0_o Anyhooo, my O/H has done lots of sweet things, but there's one thing he does every day, without fail. He brings me a cup of coffee, and tells me he loves me. I never get sick of it. Especially the coffee....the man makes good coffee. *grin*

All of the above! Well said. And also.. Other people's feet. I don't like them touching me. Yes, it's a strange thing to hate. Yes, I'm aware it's not normal. What's the first thing people do after finding out my weird little issue? They freaken touch me with their feet! I so hate that.

Day 5 level 1 here. I'm still doing 'girl' press ups but keeping up with Natalie for pretty much everything else. I bought my weights from Kmart. Couldn't decide on whether to get the 500g or the 1 kg hand weights. Threw caution to the wind and got the 1kgs. My arms frickin' ACHE by the end but damn it I want toned arms so…

I'm only on day 3 but I'm continuing to walk between 5 - 7.5 kms a day. I'm hoping it all adds up to a good result at the end of 30 days :D

Sounds good. I'm Meg from Auckland. I've lost 3 kgs since I started ( a little bit before I started logging on here) and I've got 7 kgs to go. Xmas sounds like a good goal (although Hubby and I have made more of a long-term lifestyle change rather than a date/goal IYKWIM).

5' 3 here :D Aiming for a 22lb loss ( gee it's hard working everything out in Imperial measurements lol). Might re-evaluate once I reach it, but I'll be happy to get there at this point.

Hi from across the ditch! Kiwi here. I've only just started up in earnest (even though I joined a while ago heh) , lost a kg already, and have 8 more to go. I've been walking/jogging twice a day and really looked hard at the stuff we were eating.
