To those doing or have done the 30 days shred

Also to those who at the same time have got results from it.. since it a 30-35min workout, have you incorporated as well cardio?? like walking?? jogging??
Or is it enough to do the workout itself only?

    You will see a difference doing 30ds on its own, but i have added zumba in week 3. Dramatic loss this week in inches!

    I'm only on day 3 but I'm continuing to walk between 5 - 7.5 kms a day. I'm hoping it all adds up to a good result at the end of 30 days :D

    Im only on day 3 too, but I am doing it along with c25k, going to the gym and zumba :)
