You can still use MFP while preggo. Look at it froma healthy stand point. Make good choices about eating and exercise. As always listen to your body. Congrats :) :)

I limit myself to once every 90 days or so. When I do go I always eat a great smal meal a few hours before. That way I'm not hungry and I have fruit , salad, lean meat. Hope this helps... If you do go over dont quit. Its one day so shake it off and keep it moving.

I dont think you'll see any weight loss from just wearing the suit. Its help you sweat - that's eat. Proper diet and exercise will be key.

Try changing up your meals too. Maybe even protien shakes. Seems like your doing everyting right. Just keep trying... Great job thus far!!

Wow that's awesome. I say post some pictures of the old you and the new you. A lot of times we can't be proud because our self image is so damaged. We are struggle but keep pressing.

Don't know if 5'7 is short but I feel short- LOL. I'm hoping to get my final weight to around 145lbs.... I want to look fit not just thin. Hopefully weight doing more weights it will happen sooner than later...

I'm not perfect but I think you may need help understand MFP. You don't have to cut out everything. Are you eating enough? Are you hitting your target #'s? Maybe you should start over and follow the guidelines- they really do work. Best of luck to you !!

Maybe he should hire you a nanny and get himself another job making more money since he's never home and then you will have time to workout and take a spa day a week to yourself. Don't change for him but for yourself and then get a new husband that will appreciate all you do.

Yes sir, all my friends are already asking to order in advance. I will order a few boxes but i plan to freeze most of them. PS the Girl Scouts in MD take credit cards on their IPhones, LOL

I love Zumba. It depends on the instructor & how much effort you put into it. I say try a free class at a few different places. Once you've found one sign up !!
