You are not too old to show of your new figure! I would dress in what you are comfortable in, and that makes you feel confident. I'm 41 and always wore more fitted things prior to packin' on a few lbs. I will be back into the cute things again once I'm back to my fighting weight ;) Don't let what society thinks someone in…

Completely agree and glad to you have you as an MPF friend

Hey ladies! I'm 5'11" (and 1/2, but always say 5'11") Currently at 160 lbs. At my heaviest I've been probably 175 and that's been within the past year or so. My ideal weight is 145-150 and that's not looking too skinny. I like to keep my curves. It floors me that I'm the same height as Nicole Kidman and she weighs 115-120…

Weight today is 160.4. Not coming off as quickly as I'd like, but any loss is a good loss!

Hoping to be in the 150's next week! CW: 160.4 Starting Weight: 171 Goal Weight: 145 4/1: 4/8: 160.6 4/15: 161.8...missed my mini goal of being in the 150's :( 4/22: 160.4 4/29: 5/6: 5/13: 5/20:<<<mini goal>>> 149 - (in the 140s!) 5/27: 6/3: 6/10: <<<challenge goal>>> 145

I wish I could find pants/jeans at the goodwill. I'm 5'11" so typcially the long versions are not long enough.

Thanks all! I think I might check out the pricing to have them altered, then determine if I want to do it. I have three pair of jean capri's that are just falling off of me and look weird with a belt because they are all bunched up. Otherwise, I will be going the Old Navy route as well :)

I suggest logging all of your calories, no matter how much you eat. Putting it on paper (so to speak) makes me feel more accountable for what I eat. I also have my diary open for my friends to read. I think twice about shoving chips in my face if I know that my MFP buddies will see it. Just a thought on what works for me :)

Sounds delish! Thanks!

Bump! I've bought two boxes and have yet to make it..can't wait to see the recipes! What a great idea!

I'm typically over as well...curious to hear what everyone says!

I've done both, giving in and eating or just going to sleep and eating in the morning. If you are going to be awake for a few more hours, I would definitely eat a little something..maybe a piece of fruit, some veggies or some nuts. I always try to stay away from processed stuff late at night (I try not to eat late night,…

Thanks for posting! I was just thinking about this tonight after I got done working out and has 500 calories to burn...I went for peanut butter and celery, forgot how much I love peanut butter!

My back fat used to touch itself (so gross!) Since I've joined MFP, of course my weight has decreased along with my back fat. I still have a ways to go, but I can definitely see a difference! Just keep doing what you are doing and it will happen.

I think it takes a while of serious calorie deficits to make your body go into starvation mode from what I've read. Some days I have the same problem...I'm at 1200 calories a day and sometimes I just can't get them all in, I don't like to eat unless I'm hungry. Then other days I just can't get enough, it's like my body is…

I just made this minus one tomato and it's a TON of food! I would say a serving is probably two cups. So tasty, thanks for sharing!
-
BTW..I just entered the info into MFP and came up with 150 calories for 5 servings (using 1/2 fat free feta, because I love it!)

Bump! Thanks for sharing!

I've got the same thing going on! The last time this happened I didn't eat thinking that I would be down in weight the next morning, NOPE. Have a small snack...I'm going to!

BUMP!!!

bump!! Thank you! I would live off of sweets if I could :)

I would definitely take it as a compliment. I got told just the other day that I look like I'm in my late 20's...I just turned 41 last month! I've always gotten that I look younger than my age and I embrace it. I'm sure no one ever meant it to be negative that you don't look old enough to have a child old enough to be in…

I just added the recipe to MFP and it came up 52 calories...even better!

I weigh myself daily, every morning after waking up and going to the bathroom, but log my weight weekly. I find that it helps me gauge if I ate too much/the wrong things, or didn't drink enough water the day prior. However, this morning it backfired on me. I weighed 1.4 lbs more today after eating under my goal yesterday.…
