Oh man these were so dangerous when I was in college. I used to order them all the time, they had a thing where it was a scoop of ice cream, your choice of cookie and then toppings (I usually got reeses). I'm SO glad there's no insomnia's where I live now because I would be in trouble.

I do use a food scale for everything. Either it didn't give me the option to use grams or I was just lazy but I do use the food scale for all foods (like cheese says cups but I weighed it on the food scale). I gained about 8-10 over the holiday but I've lost it all now and am losing again. I have a cruise at the end of Feb that I'm afraid will mess me up, but I don't plan on letting myself go crazy at the buffet lol so fingers crossed I don't do too much damage.

I went to a con and got a pic with one of my favorite actors. Then I looked at it and it ruined the entire rest of the weekend for me - I didn't want to do any more pics with actors I'd been planning on and felt like crap. I have the pic saved on my phone but can't even look at it now without getting upset.

I’ve been overweight my entire life but my most recent wake up moment was when I went to a con with some friends, got a pic with one of my fav actors and could barely stand to look at the picture because I looked so awful.

I'm currently doing my student teaching now! I lost 60lbs since last January but slipped a bit and gained 20 so now I'm back to logging (I'm loving the barcode scanner on the app, it's so nice!!). Awesome job on losing 61 so far!

Hi, fellow college student here! I'm going to be student teaching next spring (hoping I can reach a healthy weight by then so I can boost my self-confidence and be a better teacher). I'm hoping to lose 100+ lbs and it's good to know there are other people like me who are also trying to be healthier!
