  • I can say I haven't been to one in a few years - not only for my diet (will-power) but my daugther is diabetic and has to count her carbs so in the end it's not worth our time and $$ to even go.
  • Well I didn't prepare or cook it but I did like it enough that I would try it again (and affordable in the frozen section..lol). I think I will try to throw some spices together and cook it wrapped in foil. Thanks for the ideas. ;-)
  • Thank you for sharing your story. I was hooked on diet pepsi/coke for years....I had to ween myself off of that (took about a month) and now I'm drinking unsweetened homeade iced tea - - not good I know but it's a start to ween from that to drink more water. I have always been told "baby steps" - - it's all about change…
  • Calorie King is good as well - - www.calorieking.com My daugther has a book in the car and at home - she's diabetic and uses it like a bible. Will check out the other site. Thanks

  • Bebe Loeb....lol

There are things I believe in and things that I don't. Needless to say I choose to be non-denominational at the present time but I don't think it's right…
  • Keep up the great work!! I think it's good to not just keep a log like we do but to also take pictures of our progress. And this is coming from someone who is always behind the camera. ;-) Have a great weekend!
  • My almost 16 yr old daugther Jessica. She was diagnosed with diabeties five years ago last month.
  • I'm the same way and understand where you are at. I had three children and was in great shape. Then decided to have my tubes tied -- what a crack up - - I gained so much weight within' three months after that procedure and all I've done was cry and be depressed since. Now that I'm getting older I really want to get back to…
  • Hey there! I have to say that I love my wii fit and it was one of the better investments I have made (more for me and not the kids). I picked up the Zumba recently and the Active I have had for over a year now. I only use the wii fit disk for weighing myself and some of the fun little games when I need something different.…
