I came across this website using Stumbleupon. I think its pretty cool, you choose the restaurant and then you can calculate the nutrition facts for the meal you eat =) Helps when you can't find exactly what you want in the food database.

    My daugther has a book in the car and at home - she's diabetic and uses it like a bible.

    I will definitely check this out... Most (chain) restaurants are getting better at having the nutrional available. This will come in handy when at a smaller place
