I came across this website using Stumbleupon. I think its pretty cool, you choose the restaurant and then you can calculate the nutrition facts for the meal you eat 
Helps when you can't find exactly what you want in the food database.

My daugther has a book in the car and at home - she's diabetic and uses it like a bible.

I will definitely check this out... Most (chain) restaurants are getting better at having the nutrional available. This will come in handy when at a smaller place0
