  • Great topic - It's interesting to hear everyone's responses.
  • Hi and congrats! I also have a little one - 4mo and still breastfeeding. I am losing weight, slowly but surely. Feel free to friend me and we can follow each other's progress! :)
  • So awesome!! What did you do for food - did you do the p90 plan or your own thing?
  • thanks for the reply! Does mfp have a category that I'm missing to log my insanity workout on the diary? Off to friend you and see how you log it.... ;)
  • I am 5'4" and my goal is 120. Although I'd love to be under that!
  • I love Insanity! My husband and I are doing it, although I took the last week off and I'm DREADING starting back up again. I'm assuming it will be really hard again, right when I was getting better and hardly stopping. • Maybe I can't dance either... rofl! I feel cool, but I bet if there was a mirror in front of me I'd think otherwise. :D
  • I am 5'4". When I was size 4, I was about 125lbs. Right now I'm at 155 and still wearing my maternity clothes...lol Also, some size 4s are different. Old Navy, for instance, is very liberal with their "size 4." But most of my jeans at a size 4 could only be worn when I was 125 or below. That was in the Junior's department.…
  • I also have a 4mo and have found that lots and lots of water is great for me. Pumping an extra time a day keeps up my milk as well. Nursing means more to me than losing weight, but I think both are possible. :)
  • I've heard the WW "fruit = zero pts" several times on this thread. At my WW meeting last week, the leader reminded everyone that, although they are zero points, you need to determine how many servings your body will allow to keep them zero points. Her example was that she could have two or three servings of fruit, but…
