ok i thought i posted this already but i guess i closed the screen before i hit post?? I am re-training myself to run & have joined a club at my gym.. my original goal was to be ready to run a 5k around halloween, now this club wants me to join them on a team to run one in September... how does the running team work in a race??

    the leader of my running team usually pick up all of our race packets and bib numbers and provides instructions for us for race day to make the day a little smoother. she also provides post run snacks and refreshment. i say join the group. theres nothing better than having a running partner

    I agree. What a great opportunity. I wish they had that near me. The running clubs around here are $$$$$$.
