I know it's not a requirement -- I just really liked drinking the shakes in the morning for breakfast when I was doing BeachBody and it was an easy way for me to not have to think about breakfast during the week ;)

my grandma's old southern way of storing it was in a mason jar, no straining, and leaving it on the counter right next to her butter only at room temperature. I've never seen it mold, but then again she used it often. I don't think it would hurt to keep it in the fridge though if you feel more comfortable.

I read when looking up something on Atkins that Net Carbs (in american labeling) is actually: (CARBS) - (FIBER) - (SUGAR ALCOHOL) = NET CARBS Does anyone else know more about why they include Sugar Alcohol in their formula for figuring out Net Carbs?

I love Aldi! They always have great stuff you don't expect. Course I wish they would carry more of the other things I need but never seem to find there. It would be the only place I'd go shopping haha

did you do this in the oven or microwave? I tried this once in the oven and it totally stuck to the pan even though I sprayed it first! I probably did something else wrong, but wondered if it was just as easy in the microwave lol

Hi thanks for taking a look, I actually made some changes to my goals after posting this and it has been reduced to 1791 per day. That and also all my MACRO information I got from doing the Keto Calculator so we'll see how it goes. I have a hard time eating that many calories though, when I am eating healthy at least haha

I'm due May 5th with my first child! I was hoping to have lost more weight before this happened but all that really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things lol. I need to get more active now so that I may be able to tone up a bit while still preggers and also to prep myself for when delivery comes around. I just hope…
