A little late here, but I love working out in fasted state. I try to plan my workouts so that i hit my eating window within the hour after. What works for me is 45 minutes of cardio, and 15 minutes of weight lifting. I lose a big chunk of weight this summer working out this week.

When i first started paleo i lost 15 lbs and dropped 2 pant sizes in the first 30 days. It was amazing. I messed up and fell off the wagon when i hurt my knee and gained everything back and then some :(. I love paleo and felt so AMAZING!
