Please join us in December for an accountability month! Most people utilize the thread for weigh-ins, you may weigh in daily or weekly; do what works for you. If your goals are to drink more water, gain muscle, reduce fat, increase strength or cardio, etc, feel free to join us and track those items as well.

We are an encouraging group challenging and supporting each other's efforts to stay on track with our personal goals. You don't have to gain weight during the holiday season; we can help you stay motivated.

    2019 SW: 245 BMI 43.4 (1/2/2019) Lost 15 lbs in 2019 then regained 5
    2020 SW: 235 BMI 41.6 (1/1/2020) Then back up to 241 before refocusing in Aug
    2021 SW: 212 BMI 37.6 (1/1/2021)

    I slipped away last month because I truly hate the upgrade/changes here. The lack of contrast hurts my eyes.

    However, I need the accountability so I'm going to do about two weigh-ins per week (Friday for sure and Monday or Tuesday). First one will be on the 3rd. I just returned from a six day vacation and need all that sodium out of my system first! I'm a little afraid to step on the scale tomorrow. Additionally, I'm returning to a strict anti-inflammatory diet which I've gotten away from in the last couple of months.

    @lazyblondechef what is your anti-inflammatory diet? I definitely need a firm commitment to avoid gluten, I get really lazy with it.

    And I hate the new format too.

    12/01 - 138.4 (138.6 trend) - Hello December. Hoping for a 3.6 pound loss this month
    12/02 - 139.4 (138.8 trend) - Up. Did not keep track of food after breakfast. Did well till dinner. New recipe and ate seconds, then dessert. Will try very hard to do better today.
