  • Thank you so much for the info.I am kinda following the eating plan..I try really hard to do the timed nutrition but 3 nights a week I work midnights, 12hr shifts so it's a little diffcult but so far I've lost 1.5lb follwoing the containters.. :)

  • I have to ask, do you have to keep the aria in the same place? I am asking because I want to purchase one,but I won't be able to keep it in the same spot, it will be moved when I need to weigh myself, so I don't want to have to recalbirate everytime I move it. the only other option is my bedroom, but then it will be on…
  • I find this thread very helpful, as I am thinking about ordering an aria..I have question though..do you have to store it in the same place? my bathroom is small so I would be storing it on it's side then taking it out daily to weigh myself...would this mess the scale up?

  • hello! I'm finishing up week 2..C25K from zen labs, really like it...although since I started I have gained 3lbs, I'm hoping this is just water gain from my muscles getting stronger.   • I have never done couch to 5k, but combining this with chalean extreme is a good idea. You will be getting your cardio plus strength training. Let me know how works for you:) I love Chalene workouts:)))

But for me I found I just didn't like going to the gym, I do Beachbody workouts at home and find that I can actual workout on an empty stomach and get good results, plus I'm not waiting on machines, I just foud the gyms around me were so crowded.…

  • I use shakeology to keep my calories down, and to consume my extra protein and fiber. Pulse shakeology is packed with tons f good stuff. I do know they make a vegan shakeology. As for other sources, do you like tofu? Or different kinds of lentils?
