I've been on MFP 5 days now. I love it on my phone - really helps keep track of everything. I'm trying to get and stay healthy plus look young to hopefully keep my job/get another if this one gets downsized.

welcome. I have been on this program for 31/2 weeks and so glad I was told about it. I am very aware of what I have been doing and that really makes me think about what I am putting in my mouth. I find that the cravings aren 't nearly as bad now. I also make myself go do something when I feel a craving and use water for that too. Please feel free to friend me if you wish. Calorie-counting, logging meals & exercise is something new for me ....... but even my husband (who hates everything) seems to be interested in this ..... the I-phone app has come in useful when we are eating out :drinker:
