low carb foods

I am trying to stay at no more than 1400 cals/no more than 140 gm. carbs per day....also low fat and high protein. I always run out of carbs before I run out of calories! I am vegetarian and searching for low carb snack and meal ideas. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

    Other then just eating veggies, cutting portion size of carbs is the only way. You can still have them just cut usual portion by 1/2.

    I use shakeology to keep my calories down, and to consume my extra protein and fiber. Pulse shakeology is packed with tons f good stuff. I do know they make a vegan shakeology. As for other sources, do you like tofu? Or different kinds of lentils?

    When you eat grains, eat whole grains. They are more filling so you can eat less and still be full.

    Look for low carb breads and wraps for sandwiches.

    You really only need to count net carbs (total carbs minus fiber) since fiber is not absorbed by your body.
