How do you stay motivated??

Heeeeeelp! How do you stay motivated to exercise? I want to but I get so tired during my workouts and don't want to finish. I'm exhausted. Im planning on switching up my pre workout to see if that helps.

I Know it's hard..I switch up my routine...I do workouts at home..I love Beachbody workouts and what I find is when I start to get tired with one I switch to another one...I also love my pre-workout routine it's always a cup of coffee (black) an apple or banana , 1 tsp of almond or cashew butter, and then beachbdoy performance energize...Maybe try switching one or 2 things in your workout routine..what preworkout do you use now? and what are you looking to switch to??0

I use cellucor c4 sport right now. I've been using it for a while though and I heard that switching it might help. I'm not sure what to switch to though. I was thinking of going to GNCand asking because there always helpful in there0
