80 Day Obsession

Hey Guys! I just completed Day 2 of 80 Day Obsession. I like it so far! I am familiar with Autumn Calabrese and like her workouts. I have done the 21 Day Fix meal plan and liked it. But, for this, to be honest I plan to balance my macros, count calories and eat well. It has worked well for me previously as long as I am consistent. I looked at the 80 DO meal plan and I was not a huge fan. Even if it takes me longer to get to my ultimate goal, I would rather be realistic. Anyone else out there starting this program and would like to motivate comment on each others posts? Hit me up! 🙂 -Caitlin

    I was thinking of starting after I finish 21DFX, I just started...21 DFX..I am doing the 2b mindset if I am consistent with following it I love..the containers drove me crazy and I did try the timed nutrtion with Autumn's path to progress..didn't work for me at all...when I start I would be a month behind you ..but I am up for motivating each other...
