I use various Beachbody workouts, which are DVD programs. I wear a heart rate monitor to see how many calories I'm burning. To log into my diary I just click on exercise " add new" type in my DVDs, it has an option to add the minutes and I transfer the calories burned from my heart rate monitor to my diary. I find that wearing a heart rate monitor is the most accurate way to track calories burned. You can doa basic search of the type of exercise and plug in the minutes worked out, but then you will just get a genetic number of calories burned. Which to me is not accurate, you may tend to over eat. That's just how I Do it though.0

Just plug in the type of exercise it is. Aerobics, step aerobics, walking, etc. There's no benefit to scanning in the DVD title.0
