I like to go out and have drinks and smoke socially... but I find the day after drinking is alway a write off, so I'm trying to stick with a more healthy lifestyle. I used to drink every day and smoke a pack a day. I worry how much damage I've done to my body after years of that.

Looks to me like you're eating a lot of junk with little nutritional value... and lots of carbs. You need veggies and fruit and fresh unprocessed foods. Also, I don't really believe in those weightloss shakes, I'm sure you could create something better yourself... that's just me though, lots of people swear by them.

I love the idea of vodka waters, and bringing along your own packets of crystal light. Otherwise, I usually order vodka & diet coke.
