    Candy. I quit eating candy for almost a year, didn't touch it. Jawbreakers, skittles, suckers, nerds, jolly ranchers...you name it. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I almost never touch it now. For once I can actually eat only a few pieces and not feel like I have to have the whole bag and then go buy more!

    chips. Same thing...barely let myself have them now. And crackers! Saltine crackers! Both of them are things I really, really have to keep away from myself.

    Reading while I eat. I love it too much. But I used to go and get more food, just so I could read (and escape from the kids) more.

    Anything that is carby,sugary, or salty. I just can't seem to stop. Especially with chips, pizza, corn nuts, chocolate, bread, pasta, etc

    Cheese (although I've pretty much stopped eating it and carbs lately, and have dropped 5 pounds like nothing)
