No cheat meals. Occasionally I eat a 1,400 calorie diet but I burn off almost all of that. I drink about 8 cups of water a day. Maybe I need to be a little more careful with my calorie intake

Congrats to you! You're doing things the right way :) its a little weird going from 1,200 strictly to a hundred more calories but it'll be nice to have a little more wiggle room!

Thank you you're right! 1200 worked for me at first when I was doing very basic excerise and was trying to lose weight a little faster but I'm getting really close to my goal and I'm definitely more active and have a more athletic build now so I think its important to eat an appropriate amount for my body to do the things…

Really? Thats great news! I'll up to 1350 and see if thats enough if not I'll do 1,400. I want to be healthy and give my body what it needs to stay energized. I'm happy to know my progress isn't just in weight loss but in fitness as well :)

I do 45 minutes of cardio, usually elliptical or treadmill, and 20 minutes of strength training. I usually focus on my legs and abs so I'll do crunches, flutter kicks, and V-crunches for my abs and lunges, lunge kicks, and wall sits for my thighs.

Of course! Basic stuff like instead of regular milk I drink soy milk. No pastas and switch white rice for brown rice. Instead of ice cream Greek yogurt! Rather than chips if I want something crunchy then opt for rice cakes. Water over any sugary drinks. No red meats instead chicken, turkey, and fish! You can do it and you…

I have been! I've taken pictures one from the day I started to my current progress and wow I can see the difference! My waist has gone down an inch from 28 inches to 27 as my waist from 34 inches to 33! As for my routine I cut out all sweets! No soda, no sugars unless naturally from fruits and veggies! Thank you everyone! I'll try to boost to 1300 a day. I usually do cardio so around 40 mins on a tredmill and then 5 mins crunches and strength training.
