I'm Still Hungry? Help with Diet&Calories!

I used to stick to a 1,200 calorie diet and worked out for about 30-40 minutes a day. Now that I've upped my workouts to 50-70 minutes a day I upped my calories to 1300. I noticed, however, that I'm reaching my calorie goal of 1300 but I'm still hungry. I've never eaten back my workout calories before and I'm not sure I'm supposed to exactly. Should I eat more? Am I just getting cravings? I've lost 24 pounds and I'm worried I'll set myself back, however I dont want to deprive my body of what it needs.
