I've been dieting and working out successfully for 3 weeks! I'm very happy and am encouraged to continue with the healthy lifestyle and lose more weight. I was wondering, however how to go down an inch or two in the waist and hips. Will continuing my workout and maintaining healthy calorie intake lead to a small waist naturally or is there something i should be doing specifically? My current waist is 28 and I would like to go down to a 26. Thank you!

Nothing specific you can do for a smaller waist, since spot reduction isn't a thing.
Sometimes I find that increasing muscle mass of the lats and glutes can give the illusion of a smaller waist though!0 -
you can get a weighted hula hoop. Its not fat reduction, but the tightening of all those muscles around the waist - I've had mine for about 2 weeks and can notice a difference. I'm also on a calorie deficit and lifting weights, but the hula hoop came first.0

The hula hooping sounds interesting! I might give that a try!0
