Plan your entire days worth of meals in advance! I cannot express how much this helped me. Make sure you are eating nutrient rich foods that will keep you satisfied longer :)

I either have 100g of greek yogurt with a cup of strawberries or 2/3 of a cup of granola. It completely satisfies me and I don't find myself craving a snack before lunch time :)

I love BodyGlide - it prevents blisters and chaffing and comes in different products for both men and women. I even used it on vacation last year! It works wonders.

Congrats on making the lifestyle change! Sending a friend request now :) Going to the gym always makes me feel great, its also become my go to place when life seems to get a little out of control because of work/life in general. When you can burn off a little steam exercising and burn calories its a win-win situation

How about steak salad, chicken with couscous or beans (homemade baked beans - delicious!)? Check out this website - https://www.cookforyourlife.org/recipes/bland-diet. It looked like it had a lot of great simple recipes.

- Green smoothies (surprisingly good!) - Baked Oatmeal with banana, raspberry and blackberries (make at the beginning of the week and cut into portions - heat up in a microwave for breakfast) - Yogurt with granola - Low carb english muffins with egg and sausage - special K cereal

I've resorted to protein power to help me get my daily allotment of protein. You could also trying eating chicken or deli meat (low sodium options) as a snack or eating beef jerky. Just make sure to drink plenty of water since it has a lot of salt.
