I need more protein...

What are some ways that you work protein into your diet? I never eat enough. Thanks!

  • I've resorted to protein power to help me get my daily allotment of protein. You could also trying eating chicken or deli meat (low sodium options) as a snack or eating beef jerky. Just make sure to drink plenty of water since it has a lot of salt.

    I eat a sandwich at lunch with 8-10 ozs in it usually Cajun chicken. Then at dinner another 12 ozs of whatever protein is for dinner.

    Nuts, sausage and protein shakes are all good solutions. Try combining them and having them at the same time.
