So is it a glorified pedometer? All that's different is the heart rate and sleep log?

One thing I have always struggled with is patience with seeing results. It can be really hard. The way to really think about it is that even if it takes a year to get to your desired weight, that year will have passed anyways. Why not put it to good use in the meantime. I also found that concentrating more on getting…

I love this thread so much. I always assumed there was just people who were wired to love exercise and I wasn't one of them but I've learned everyone can be that person, you just have to stick with it long enough to see some progress and it's such a motivator!

Last night I tried portobellos as burger buns and it was delish! Here's a recipe on how to prepare them (http://www.letsregale.com/roasted-portobello-mushroom-buns/), I made meat ones with spinach and a bit of low fat coleslaw with sweet potato fries, It was so good!

I started it last week, have done my first 3 runs. I'm actually loving it! I've also been doing the 30 day fit app as well and I can already feel myself getting fitter! :)

Hahaha no judgement here at all, I like ALL sorts of music :) I found myself liking metal / rock when I first started but I think I prefer more boppy, keeps me in a good mood as well to be honest Loads of deadly suggestions, thanks everyone :D

Hi there, i am so so hard on myself and feel a shame in how I look a lot of the time. One thing I decided to do is have a rule with myself that if I go to the gym/do a workout that day I'm not allowed call myself names or think negatively of myself if I catch myself in the mirror. You would be surprised how much one thing…

Hiiii! I'm 5ft 3/4" and I need to lose about 14lbs or so :) Welcome to MFP, I find that if you're really honest with yourself with adding your food to your fodo diary and keep it public that it will encourage your choices and make them better ones :) Feel free to add me Lisa :)

I think these bars are such hit and miss, I adore the cashew cookie but the banana crunch is absolutely disgusting lol Will def try the pecan receipe though, could make them into little balls as snacks for on the go instead of bar form :)
-
Feel free to add me also, I'm as active here as I can and always log everything I eat. Even if it's not what I should be eating ;)
-
Wow that is truly inspiring! You look incredible!! =D

I made my own Meat Sung last night and it was super delicious! Really easy and filling and low on calories! I also came across this on MFP and I want to try it as it looks amazing: http://www.pinkspantry.com/2013/06/shredded-chicken-cabbage-rolls.html Hope this helps, eating healthy can feel like it's really repetitive :/

Fair play!! Keep up the great work :) :)

After a wee slip up this morning I'm on the path to realizing this is the way it is. You are human after all AND it's easter so there is literally chocolate EVERYWHERE

I just feel bad for having something that was off my plan. I felt worse about it when I thought that there were far more calories in it than what there was. I know I have an unhealthy relationship with food, I've been putting on weight since the age of 13 and been up and down in weight since then I seem to be either eating…

Hey, Welcome to the club! I consistently put on weight, then lose it, then put it on again It can be really hard to keep motivation, but once you get into a good rhythm and start to feel a difference, it's the best feeling in the world I would suggest changing your diet so that you can get in your 5 a day, that's helped me…

Judging by your picture you dont need to lose 50lbs!!!

Another newbie here! I know there is a large community of people on here against the 1200 calorie diet but wondering has anyone ever tried it? I'm on my 3rd day of it and honestly doesn't feel that bad considering I used to scoff a whole lot more than that on a daily basis I am missing white bread quite badly though ;p…

G'wann you!! You look fantastic, there is no better feeling than fitting into something you never did. Keep up the great work =) Lisa x
