  • the fact when I add on my diary it charts my carbs, protein etc. I can then see where I need to change...where my food choices are not as healthy as they could be and that after 2 years away :cry: it still has amazing people :flowerforyou: from all walks of life pulling together :love:

  • I stir fry with egg noddles and a jar of low cal sweet n sour sauce....delish and filling if you add loads of onion mushrooms peppers brocolli etc :)

  • Hi Sooo sorry your almost at goal and this has happened...our hair is very important to our image ...so dont apologise for feeling this way. Keep going back to your GP as this should be refered to a specialist, and look at your diet, you maybe lacking in some vitamins or minerals?....i have very fine hair, but lots of it…
  • I am still eating my favourites...but like you only occationally. I think your right, its about portion control...not always about the food your eating. I have always eaten fresh fruit and veg...its the quantity and the lack of exercise that has made me obese. Now i understand this im sure this time the weight will come…
