Hi hun. I had my wisdom teeth out a couple weeks ago plus a front canine extracted and so I didn't have much of an appetite myself. I ate soup from panera bread like every day though. I found it in the grocery store and also went there a few times just to get out. Try not to worry right now ok? This'll pass and things will…

I know a lot of people who wear compression because of loose skin. Honestly it's just kind of part of the weight loss process. It's something I deal with and although I've seen good progress with the skin on my arms from weight lifting, my midsection not so much. But rather than focus on that I try to just live a healthy…

Don't feel embarrassed, you've put a lot of thought into making this decision and you're doing what you believe is best for you. Are you on Instagram? I follow a lot of weight loss surgery patients and they have formed an extremely supportive little community...it's great. @jcbjcksn is a personal friend of mine and very…

Lots of good responses. I drink diet soda and I snack often, it's about eating healthy snacks. Nutritious foods will keep you fuller longer. Your body needs fuel to exercise. You don't have to be so restrictive, it's not as sustainable to be that way. I know it's hard girl but you need to believe in yourself and realize…

don't forget about car windows in parking lots ;)

I think everyone does it... no need to feel like a weirdo :) I've been flexing a lot lately...have been focusing on my arms and I can see some progress lol! but i feel on my hip bones and ribs a lot. Unfamiliar feelings for sure! Keep workin hard girl you're doing great :)

That sounds amazing! I'll have to try that, I usually shy away from Reubens because I'm not a huge sour kraut fan. Every once in a while I crave them though lol. Can't wait to try this soup.

Thank you very much!! lol I've read over the comments and quite a few people know and love them...good to hear! Maybe it's just because they're so common here compared to other places that I thought it was a Nebraska thing. They are about as common on a menu as a burger here and most places seem to have their own take on…

Are you from the midwest? I don't meet too many people outside Nebraska who know what a reuben is :) This sounds so yummy! I'll be forwarding to my parents, they eat reubens weekly lol!

Love this so much!!!

My first run was three months ago yesterday, I ran 1.8 miles and stopped to walk a few times. Tomorrow I run my first 10K. Definitely possible, you got this! I didn't focus on speed, just went a little further each time and my pace has increased along the way naturally. Good luck.

Graduated high school around 260 lbs. I'm currently at 203 lbs. A little different from most responses I've read over, I'm actively trying to never be my high school weight again lol

two eggs seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder & parsley, scrambled with a little cheddar cheese and a cup of frozen broccoli that I first microwaved in a little water. yum yum. and a glass of milk!

blueberries feta and chicken taste great together i put feta on all my salads

Don't worry so much about the number. Eat at a deficit and exercise, you'll see results in the mirror in June.

I too have once had the pleasure of calling myself a "sandwich artist." I don't remember the last time I ate Subway. Preparing the tuna was so disgusting...all that mayo...and my manager liked it to be near-liquidy...aka MORE MAYO!!! Cookies and bread come frozen, they aren't fresh. Advice: don't order the meatball sub.…

You accomplished so much in such a short amount of time. Very inspiring. Way to go!!! I feel like my body is now at where your first picture is, so this is very motivating for me!

Don't be afraid to see a doctor for PCOS treatment. I've been taking spironolactone to control the hirsutism for about a year and it's no longer an issue for me. Since you are already confident you have PCOS being diagnosed officially won't be so bad, and seeing a doctor will help with treating the symptoms.

my trainer describes it as a dog peeing on a fire hydrant...if that helps with the visual! lol very effective though good recommendation!!!

you betcha. my weight has fluctuated a lot and in the past when losing weight my butt would pretty much deflate. since february 1st ive been doing a lot of strength training and i do squats every workout and my butt has lifted and looks rounder and fuller. squats make a huge impact i promise. you'll love the results.

your profile picture is freakin adorable

Love making shredded chicken in the crockpot for enchiladas. I put chicken breasts in with rotel and seasoning, shreds perfectly. Never tried a whole chicken though, might have to try! We did our turkey in the crockpot last thanksgiving and it didn't turn out so good. hopefully chicken will be better!

My trainer set a goal for me to only go over my sodium limit once a week. I've learned to choose foods that aren't so high in sodium. A typical lunch used to be a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and a can of campbell's soup. Sounded pretty healthy to me, and I was just starting on mfp. But that meal alone almost took up all…

This post inspired me! Not something I'm proud of, but I used to go to Burger King for breakfast all the time, several times a week. When I was in high school I'd go before school almost every day, and I picked up the habit again when I started working full time and would drive by tons of fast food places on my way to…
