I cant just eat when I am hungry. I cant tell my boss like. "Hey I am hungry I will go to eat." I will get fired ASAP. My lunch brake is at 12(noon) either I eat at that time or when I get out of the job at 5pm

I weight myself once a weak. Tuesdays in the morning. In order to see some progress and keep motivated. If you do it Daily, progress will be shown like in decimals, and that is BS.

I would only do a surgery if I had like 500 pounds on me. But with a 256 weight, you can shed it off with diet an with MFP. You have done it before. Save the money, go to Rome or something.

Just eat Grilled Chicken or Boiled meat to avoid fat, don't stop eating meat just to lose weight.

I am trying to reduce my fat intakes so my body would use my fat reserves and lose some excess, I think I have eaten a lot of fat this past 3 years (KFC, Mcdonalds everyday) :S

I usually drink like 5 or 6 ScrewDrivers(Vodka + OJ) on Saturdays while hanging out with some friends and I am still losing weight. Also I try to do some extra 30mins of cardio on Saturdays in order to make up for the extra calories.

It depends, imagine if some works the graveyard shift, he ussualy sleeps all day and work on the nights, so he will need to eat after 8pm. This seems like the gremlins rules. Dont feed them after midnight, but its always after midnight somewhere XD

I dont think this sounds like a great diet at all. Eat a lot one day, dont eat the next. Your body needs food everyday.

When you see the extra calories, it makes you go for a walk at night to make the numbers green again. It helps to log everything.

I usually use the same scale on the supermarket that is close to my house. It prints me a ticket, and cost me 0.25. Edit: You got some amazing eyes.

Thanks for the advises. I am on a calorie deficit diet that MFP assigned to me. Its says I can eat a max of 1940 calories, And have been eating aprox 1600 per day.
