I can only describe it like in the bone, is not a muscular pain, more like directly en the ball area of the feet. Well to play soccer I use, soccer shoes does with the spikes, but they where really cheap, and for running I have 2 year old nike running shoes.

I eat a Double Whopper with bacon and onion rings every 2 weeks I call it my reward, but in that same day I do a ton of exercise and burn like 600 calories so it compensates. And when I am with family and events I do log everything I eat. Is not a drag as someone mentioned before. And everybody on MFP should do it. Or else…

In the country where I live(Panama), is not mandatory for them to put how many calories or nutritional facts the products contains. Only some people do it. So when you got to a deli, or local restaurant you just have to do it mentally and compare with similar products.

Its was from the deli of a supermarket chain, they don't have an entry on calories or nothing like that. I just had to do a mental count.

You can always get a boob job, but you cant cure diabetes or any other sickness that comes with overweight. So stay Healthy

more than 800 calories for a single meal is too much. should be between 600 and 800

I have lost 13 pounds and I still don't see any difference in my body. Yeah I can now walk and run some without dying, but still don't see a difference. My friends tell me I look different, but I just don't see it. But if you can look at any change, that sure is motivation. Keep it up!!!!

2 weeks ago when I posted this, I had lost 9.5 pounds, now 2 weeks later its 13 pounds. That is 1.7 Pounds per week. Alleluia!!!!! Nancy I also see some progress on you. Alleluia!!!!! We are going to shed all those extra pounds!!!! And then pick up hot girls on the beach =D at least that is my plan.

I think MFP numbers are a little to inflated, When I run I use Map My Run, and it gives me a figure, then if I put the same info on MFP it gives me another figure off by like 100. don't know which one to trust.

Well, when I started. I couldn't even jog. So all I did was walk, for like 2 weeks, then I started jogging some bits and walking the rest. Now I can jog more. But yeah, if you are overweight you should start with slow paced exercise, and then move up the pace little by little.
