Today I ran the 10 miler Relay team for the Excalibur. I was the second half and did my 5 miles in 53 minutes. I stuck to my intervals, because I didn't want to tire myself out. Start small. Just go out and go for a walk. Being outside can help tons, especially with the weather getting nicer. (Here is FL it is just getting HOT!)

Congrats!! the 10k was humid, and so was the half marathon. I am glad the full cooled down a bit. Dopey Challenge was amazing! Never thought I could do it, but it was awesome!
