  • I personally think that is takes your HR into consideration, and your target HR may have let you burn that many, but if you are unsure try several different exercises to see if there is a difference. Hope this helps!!

  • No worries, remember no such thing as a stupid question, it's only stupid if you don't ask.

  • This information is in the Flat Belly Diet book, which I have. It does go after all the fat but it also targets the bad fats that surround your mid-section, called visceral fat. So by eating those kinds of foods at every meal you will lower the amount of VF that you have and there for start getting a flatter belly. If you…
  • Well mine went dead in under a year, but I only got to use the thing maybe a dozen times. So I wouldn't be able to give you an accurate time line. :ohwell: But beings they cost $26.99 a pop, not including taxes. It maybe worth looking into something that may cost more, like the Polar but if the batteries go dead I can…

  • Well I did have one until the battery ran out. It is totally worth it if you don't mind purchasing a new one everytime the battery dies. :grumble: That is why I decided to just go with a Polar F11 heart rate monitor. But it would be totally up to you... Kim

  • HELP!!!! I just enjoyed the best sandwich of all times here, and I have no idea how many cals it was to put in my food diary. :grumble: I could just put it off as a cheat but then it would show no food in my diary. So if anyone can help me find something I would really appreciate it. I have checked most of the websites…

  • Well I hate to break it to u, but what they give you would be there serving size. Doesn't mean we need to eat it all, but when you look up the nutritional info for chinese that's going off of what they give. (Or at least that is what I have found) You can always google it to see what you come up with. Sorry I couldn't be…

  • I'd tell them to take a leap, :noway: because u don't have the ring and therefore should not be charged for it. Call them and talk to a manager and tell them what has happened. Then I would go from there, because you may have to go farther up the chain. Where did u get it at?? So I can avoid this as well.
  • Me either...not enough energy too.:embarassed: :ohwell: maybe next time.
  • So Flipping awesome, :noway: Keep it up, ur strong and u can do it. :flowerforyou:
  • Most fast food places put their nutritional facts online. So find something close to you and get online, then u can determine what u want by searching. It's what I do. :embarassed: Then u can enjoy what U want, and still stay good on calories. :flowerforyou:
  • Try talking to a nutritionist as well, because they can look at exactly what ur eating and maybe help u with a food alternative that will help. That way you steer clear of the fad diets as well as the pills. Good luck!!! Have a awesome vacation. :flowerforyou:
  • Hey I know exactly how you feel, although I have different reasons for not wanting to run. I have a very big chest and a flabby belly to match :grumble: . So it makes it really difficult for me to even jog, I have no way of holding it all down so I can even attempt to jog or run. So as soon as you get some advice I may…
  • I would go ahead and eat a little like they all say, but if she asks why you aren't having more, tell her the truth. Yes it is delicious, but I am really trying to stay on track. She should not get offended either way, she's your friend don't lie. :flowerforyou:
  • You can also use Whole wheat pasta too. It is also better for you than reguler pasta.
  • Born in Ogden, UT; raised in Ft Collins, CO; now living in Loves Park, IL. So missing CO though.
  • I would take it easy. And to be honest breathing in Estes isn't as hard as it is up in Breckinridge. But if you start to over exert yourself you will find it harder to breath. Well I hope this helps even a little bit. I wish you luck and don't forget to stop and see the scenery, it is absolutely gorgeous. :flowerforyou:…
  • Thanks Much!!!! :flowerforyou:
  • Write whatever u want to. We are all here to listen and vent as well. Someone will tell you if they didn't like what you wrote, but that is their opinion just like what you would be giving. So don't worry feel free to say what is ever on your mind. Good luck
  • Is there anyone in this area, I am looking for someone in there area to possibly workout with. I don't motivate easily and it is really discouraging to me not to have anyone to workout with. When I was living back in CO I had a friend as well as family that I could workout with and I was doing really good. But now I have…
  • I love how informative this is, but may I ask where you get all this information from? Just so I have some reference for them. Thanks Kim:smile:
  • I personally wouldn't eat to replensih, because u r going to b going to bed. I would drink a few glasses of water and hit the hay for a new day. But hey at least u r getting a workout in.
  • Have you ever heard of the flat belly diet? Well look into it, they talk about a lot of different foods that help to suppress the hunger. The only difference is you are eating healthy, like eating a handful of nuts instead of fruit or something like that. Even though the fruit is good for you too, it is not going to…
  • Well I feel it shouldn't really matter as long as you aren't going 100's over what they recommend. That is what it is a recommendation, and that is based off of the information you put in. If you truly want to know, ask a nutritionist and see what they recommend. But I wouldn't worry too much, I only count cals not too…
